About this Workshop: HR Will Become More Like Marketing
Daniel Maxwell a Talent Management HR Manager for SouthState Bank, where he leads a team of talented HR professionals that manage key employee relations, engagement, and development initiatives.
With over 15 years of diverse human resources experience, Daniel has worked in both the public & private sectors, serving in several capacities. His experience includes insurance, financial services, hospitality and the banking industries.
Daniel is a passionate education and development advocate. He has taught as an adjunct for Barry University and has completed his 14th year teaching; he currently serves as an adjunct for Polk State College, teaching several management courses within the Workforce & Economic Development Program.
Daniel earned his Master’s degree in HR Management from Troy University and Bachelor’s degree in Sociology & Criminology, from Florida Southern College. Daniel also holds a SHRM-SCP certification. Daniel’s greatest accomplishment is being a husband and dad to his 3 daughters, which he affectionately calls his “Pink Palace”.
