CareerSource Polk is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors representing the business and education community of Polk County. Business owners, executives and community leaders serving on the Board look at critical workforce issues and develop strategic planning goals and objectives.
Board of Directors is pending appointment by the Polk County Board of County Commissioners.
Each member of the CareerSource Polk’s Board of Directors as well as the President & CEO, if not otherwise required to file a full and public disclosure of financial interests under s. 8, art. II of the State Constitution or s. 112.3144, shall file a statement of financial interests under s. 112.3145. Currently, all CareerSource Polk Board members and the CEO are in compliance of this requirement.
