1:30–2:30 pm: Session 4 – “Training Your Workforce: CSP Grants” presented by Business Services Team, Career Source Polk
Learn how the On-the-Job Training (OJT) Grant can help your business train new employees while reducing the cost of their wages. We’ll break down how the program works, highlight the current 90%–100% wage reimbursement waiver, and hear directly from employers who have used OJT to build their teams and support their workforce.
