Migrant Seasonal Farmworkers (MSFW) Outreach and Service Local Plan Program Years 2020 – 2024

Important Updates

CareerSource Polk’s (CSP) career center located in Winter Haven, Florida has been designated as a MSFW significant multilingual career center and is soliciting public comment regarding the local Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker (MSFW) Outreach Plan. The 15-day input period will end at the close of business on March 22, 2021.

Wagner-Peyser Act contains specific requirements for services as outlined in Title 20 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 653, Subpart B: Services for Migrant Seasonal Farmworkers (MSFW). This plan is aligned with and meets the requirements of the State of Florida Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Unified Plan.

This four-year plan is effective July 1, 2020 thru June 30, 2024.
