To be eligible to apply you MUST meet one of the following criteria:

1. Temporarily or permanently laid off as a consequence of Hurricane Irma or Maria; OR

2. Self-employed but unemployed or significantly underemployed as a result of disaster; OR

3. Dislocated worker – lost job for whatever reason; OR

4. Unemployed for six out of the past 13 weeks.
